These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by HKC Hospitality (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our consultancy or operational services, the client (“you”, “client”) agrees to the following terms.
HKC Hospitality provides hospitality consultancy, advisory, and operational execution services for hotels and restaurants, including but not limited to operational planning, financial control, compliance support, and performance monitoring. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities will be defined in a mutually agreed service agreement or proposal.
All services commence only after a formal agreement is signed by both parties. Any changes to scope, timelines, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing.
The client agrees to provide timely access to information, data, systems, and personnel required for service delivery. Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided information may affect outcomes and timelines.
While HKC Hospitality works with professional care, expertise, and diligence, operational and financial results may vary due to market conditions, client decisions, and external factors. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.
All client data, business information, and operational details shared with HKC Hospitality shall be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of service delivery.
Either party may terminate the agreement as per the termination terms stated in the service agreement. Obligations incurred prior to termination shall remain payable unless otherwise specified.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
