HKC Hospitality follows a transparent and fair refund policy aligned with professional consultancy standards.
A certain percentage of the total service fee is collected as advance payment at the time of agreement signing, as clearly stated in the service agreement. This advance confirms engagement, resource allocation, and project initiation.
A client may be eligible for a refund of the advance payment, either partially or fully, only if agreed deliverables are not achieved due to failure on the part of HKC Hospitality, subject to the following conditions:

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
HKC Hospitality reserves the right to make the final decision on refund eligibility based on contractual obligations and documented performance.
