Primary emphasis will be on the execution of operations. This service includes all aspects of setup, strategic planning, and execution of engaging in close partnership with clients, through to the delivery of services. Responsibilities include the configuration of systems, the creation of SOPs, the identification and establishment of an effective organizational structure, and the alignment of teams. We provide continuous oversight of weekly and daily operations throughout all divisions and departments in order to ensure uniformity in processes, products, and services, and compliance within the operational control framework, along with effective daily management.
Ongoing operational control through the continuous monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), management of costs and the optimisation of performance. Operations will be reviewed on a structured weekly basis with the use of our operating reports and a monthly evaluation of the performance will be conducted; therefore allowing us to have visibility into the ongoing performance of the operations, provide timely decision-making, maintain accountability and ensure the efficiency of the operations by continuing to align with the operational objectives that have been defined.
